I thought this would’ve been another week I gained weight – yesterday, I was trapped at a Chrysler dealership and my lunch was a Snickers bar. I didn’t work out on Monday, and had two carb-heavy dinners on Saturday and Sunday.
Exercise-wise is the same, food-wise is about the same – next time I go grocery shopping, I’m picking up some turkey sausage though, and making turkey dogs with whole wheat buns. Yum.
Other then that, I need to buy some protein. Did I escape the plateau that I’ve been in the for the past couple of weeks? We shall see!
